Import & analyze

Open a searchable PDF and confirm the subject address. The program automatically analyzes the document and suggests redactions throughout the appraisal, including names, address variations, parcel identifiers, and labeled confidential information.

Review & refine

Review the highlighted suggestions and choose what to keep. Use Add phrase to enter words, phrases, or individual characters and search and redact matching occurrences throughout the report’s searchable text. You can always draw a redaction box over a signature, map, image, or any other area.

Redact & check

Create a new PDF with permanent redactions or replacement labels. Automated text and metadata checks and a local audit report support your final review.
